Izk Chan was born in Hong Kong in 1983. He received his BA in Applied and Media Arts from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and completed the Master of Arts in Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design in London. Since 2002, he started working as an artist and designer under the name INNORO, building an interdisciplinary portfolio of industrial design, graphics, motion and interactive.

His work as a design consultant and project manager includes doing strategic thinking, visual execution and concepts for projects. These illustrate and communicate the concept and vision of yet-to be produced productions to both the client and the engineers and programmers.
